In 1994, my dad gave my brother and I two hand-me-down skateboards and I fell in love. Some of my most cherished childhood memories were going to the public library and studying the archive of Transworld Skateboarding magazines they had at the time. I visited so often that the librarian ended up giving me the entire archive when they were ready to throw them away. The art form of skateboarding photography has stuck with me my entire life; I knew right then that I wanted to do anything I could to be behind a camera.

Fast forward to current day; I have been shooting full time for the last 10+ years, my photography has been published through many different outlets ranging from Thrasher Magazine and Confusion International Skateboard Magazine to e-commerce based websites such as Americanmuscle.com and Dormanproducts.com. My work can be seen gracing the pages of Palette Magazine on a bi-yearly basis. The last seven years have been spent shooting studio production and lifestyle photography for Turn5, Inc and currently, I’m shooting for Dorman Products, Inc as a full time 360° automation photographer. You can see some examples of my production and lifestyle work at AmericanMuscle.com, ExtremeTerrain.com, AmericanTrucks.com, Dormanproducts.com, and Eastspeed.net.

I enjoy shooting all different formats and I have experience in shooting digital, medium format, and 35mm film. There’s truly nothing like seeing a 6x9 color slide on a lightbox. I’m always open and interested in shooting any genre that is available to me, so let’s work together!

If it wasn’t for that old, beat up skateboard I was given 28 years ago, I’m not sure where I’d be… but I’m so glad I’m here; documenting life through my lens.
